Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and performance-driven Sales Director to lead our global sales operations. This leadership role will focus on managing, training, and expanding our team of Private Jet Advisors, driving new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing Certified Jets’ presence at key luxury events and industry forums.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Advisor Development

Recruit, train, and mentor a world-class team of Private Jet Advisors

Set performance goals, track KPIs, and provide daily support to maximize advisor success

Create onboarding programs and continuous training initiatives to maintain high standards of service and sales performance

Foster a culture of integrity, ambition, and elite client service
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute a global sales strategy to increase revenue and client retention

Lead revenue management initiatives and ensure optimal pricing and deal structuring

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive edge

Identify and activate new markets and client segments
Partnerships & Business Development

Build partnerships with concierge companies, luxury brands, hospitality groups, and travel firms

Expand the affiliate and referral network to boost lead generation and brand visibility
-
Represent Certified Jets in strategic negotiations, business meetings, and collaborations

Secure corporate accounts and long-term strategic alliances
Events & Brand Expansion

Plan, manage, and represent Certified Jets at luxury events, industry exhibitions, and global summits

Oversee event logistics, brand presentation, and relationship-building at sponsored booths

Build visibility within UHNWI circles, luxury communities, and aviation networks
Client Relations & Experience

Oversee VIP client relationships and ensure our Private Jet Advisors uphold exceptional service standards

Collaborate with concierge and operations teams to guarantee flawless execution

Use market feedback and client insight to refine services and offerings
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in private aviation, luxury sales, or UHNW services

Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve aggressive growth targets

Strong understanding of private jet charter services and luxury market dynamics

Wide network within the luxury, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills

Willingness to travel frequently and work across global time zones

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an asset
