What we do is apply a consistent standard before an aircraft is put in front of a client — the operator’s certificate and insurance, the aircraft’s maintenance status, crew experience on type, and cabin condition. If it does not satisfy us, we do not offer it, and we tell you why rather than quietly substituting.
