How we work a transaction
What to expect whether you are buying, selling, or placing a mandate.
Off-market access
A significant share of what we transact is never publicly listed. Owners who do not want their aircraft advertised still want it sold, and buyers who do not want their search known still want to buy. Both come to us for that reason.
We represent one side
We act for either the buyer or the seller in a transaction and state our position clearly. Where an aircraft in our inventory suits a buyer we are advising, that relationship is disclosed up front.
Due diligence is ours to manage
Technical records review, pre-purchase inspection oversight, escrow coordination, registration, import and export. We coordinate the specialists; we do not replace your counsel or your tax adviser.
Confidentiality
Completed transactions are not published. Owners and buyers are named only with their consent. Ask an advisor about our track record and we will discuss it privately.
