Certified Jets — A Jets Capital Company

Aircraft management

Own the aircraft. Not the operation.

We coordinate the crewing, compliance, and maintenance oversight behind your aircraft with the certificated operator who flies it — and, where you want it, generate charter revenue against its fixed costs.

What we take off your desk

Management exists so an owner can fly without running an operation. Everything below sits with us.

Crew

  • Recruitment and vetting
  • Type training and currency
  • Rostering and duty limits
  • Payroll and contracts

Airworthiness

  • Maintenance planning and oversight
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Technical records
  • Shop and vendor management

Operations

  • Flight planning and dispatch
  • Permits, slots, and handling
  • International trip support
  • Operational contact for every trip

Commercial

  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Insurance placement support
  • Charter revenue where elected
  • Reporting to the owner

Regulatory structure

The right structure depends on how the aircraft will actually be used, where it is registered, and whether it will carry paying passengers.

Private operations

Aircraft flown for the owner's own account are managed under Part 91 in the United States, or the equivalent private-operation framework in the aircraft's state of registry.

Commercial operations

Where an aircraft is to carry charter traffic, operations are conducted under Part 135 in the United States or the applicable international equivalent. Certified Jets works through partner AOC holders in the United States and San Marino rather than holding the certificate itself — the operator of record is always identified to the owner before an agreement is signed.

Registry and jurisdiction

Registry choice affects maintenance requirements, crew licensing, and where the aircraft can be operated commercially. We work through the implications with you and your advisors before a structure is fixed, not after.

Who contracts with whom

Certified Jets is a US company with registered offices in the UAE and advisors across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The contracting entity and the operating entity are set out explicitly in every management agreement.

Fees and charter revenue

We do not publish a standard rate card, because a standard rate card would be wrong for most aircraft.

Management fee

Priced case by case against the aircraft type, utilisation, crew requirement, and base. A lightly flown turboprop and a globally deployed large cabin do not carry the same workload, and should not carry the same fee.

Charter revenue

Where an owner elects to make the aircraft available for charter, the revenue arrangement is agreed case by case. Owners who fly frequently and release limited availability are treated differently from those releasing the aircraft widely.

Owner control

Availability, acceptable routes, and approval over bookings are set by the owner and written into the agreement. You decide how much of the aircraft's calendar the commercial programme can reach.

Our position

We are flexible for the right aircraft and the right owners. If the structure does not work commercially for both sides, we will say so early rather than negotiate toward an arrangement neither of us wants.

How an aircraft joins

From first conversation to first flight under management.

  1. 1

    Aircraft and owner review

Type, age, records, base, intended utilisation, and whether charter is wanted. This is also where we tell you if we are not the right manager.

  2. 2

    Structure and proposal

Operating framework, registry implications, the operator of record, crew plan, and a fee proposal built around your actual utilisation.

  3. 3

    Agreement

Management agreement executed, with responsibilities, approvals, insurance, and reporting defined in writing.

  4. 4

    Onboarding

Crew placement or transfer, maintenance programme review, records audit, insurance placement, and operational setup.

  5. 5

    Ongoing operation

Day-to-day operations, scheduled reporting, budget tracking, and where elected, the charter programme running against your availability rules.

Tell us the aircraft, where it is based, and how you fly it. We will come back with a structure and a fee.
