Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Concierge Specialist to join our global private aviation concierge team. In this role, you will act as a trusted personal assistant and VIP lifestyle coordinator for elite clients, delivering seamless luxury travel and private-jet experiences from security logistics to exclusive moments executed with discretion, speed, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate full-service concierge support, including:

VIP catering arrangements (in-flight and on-ground)

Luxury ground transportation and exotic car rentals

Private villa rentals and exclusive accommodations

Security services tailored to each client’s needs

Planning special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, etc.)

Manage urgent, last-minute, and high-priority requests with professionalism

Liaise with certified vendors, operators, and luxury service partners globally

Maintain client preference records for personalized service

Provide 24/7 support on a rotational basis to meet client demands worldwide
Requirements:
• Previous experience in VIP concierge, luxury hospitality, private aviation, or travel management
• Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and/or French are a plus
• Ability to perform under pressure while delivering high-end concierge service with discretion
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Passion for luxury travel, private jet services, and client experience
• Strong attention to detail and service excellence
Preferred Experience:

Working with royalty, artists, or VVIP clients

Background in event coordination or international luxury travel services
