Human Resource Manager

Role Overview:
The HR Manager at Certified Jets will oversee all aspects of human resources—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent in aviation, concierge, and luxury services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s rapid growth and global expansion

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles in charter sales, concierge, flight operations, and management

  • Design onboarding programs that reflect our elite service culture and global standards

  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws across all operating countries

  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support a strong company culture

  • Design and implement performance review processes and career development plans

  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits, contracts, and HR documentation

  • Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce needs for new branches and operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA or HR certifications are a plus)

  • 5+ years of HR management experience (aviation, hospitality, or luxury sector preferred)

  • Familiarity with labor laws in the USA, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and/or international jurisdictions

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Proven ability to scale HR operations in fast-growing companies

  • Strong ethics, discretion, and commitment to excellence

  • English fluency required; Arabic or additional languages are a strong plus
