How charter is priced
We quote per trip rather than publishing rates, because a published hourly rate rarely resembles what a journey actually costs.
What drives the price
Aircraft category and age, total flight time including positioning, crew duty and overnight requirements, airport and handling fees, permits, and the season. Two identical routes can price very differently depending on where the aircraft starts.
Positioning
An aircraft rarely begins where you do. Positioning flights form part of the quote, which is why flexibility on date or departure airport often changes the number materially.
What you receive
A quote naming the specific aircraft and operator, the total cost, and what is and is not included. If something is excluded — de-icing, extended waiting time, particular ground services — it is stated before you commit, not added afterwards.
Frequent flyers
If you fly often enough that per-trip quoting becomes tedious, the Jet Card programme provides pre-funded access at fixed terms across every aircraft category.
