Day to day
- Coordinate ground transport, accommodation, and catering
- Arrange access, reservations, and bespoke client requests
- Work with advisors to deliver a complete journey, not just a flight
- Handle changes and short-notice requirements calmly
What we are looking for
- Luxury hospitality, concierge, or private client service experience
- A network you can actually call on
- Composure under time pressure
- Absolute discretion

Our advisors work across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You work your market rather than relocating to someone else’s.
Small team, real responsibility
Certified Jets has operated since 2019 with more than sixty aircraft transactions completed. You will own work rather than support someone else’s.
