Day to day
- Run recruitment across regions and roles
- Manage onboarding, contracts, and records
- Support managers on performance and development
- Keep employment practice sound across jurisdictions
What we are looking for
- HR experience in a distributed or international company
- Familiarity with contractor and multi-jurisdiction arrangements
- Discretion and sound judgement
- Comfort building process where little exists yet
