Certified Jets has opened an office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is a deliberate step rather than a symbolic one: demand across the Kingdom and the wider Gulf has grown steadily, and clients here are better served by advisors in the region and in the time zone than by a desk several thousand miles away.
What this means for clients in the region
Direct local access to our advisory team, for on-demand charter, aircraft sales and acquisitions, and aircraft management. Requests are handled by people who know the regional operators, the airports, and the permit and handling requirements that shape what is actually achievable on a given routing and timescale.
We already work with royal households, government and corporate clients, and family offices across the region, and discretion is a standing requirement rather than a feature we advertise. Certified Jets is part of Jets Capital, operating across the United States, Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Europe, and Africa.
Jet Card and fractional ownership
The Saudi presence also lets us extend two programmes to clients in the Kingdom. Jet Card membership gives fixed hourly terms and priority availability without an asset on the balance sheet, which suits clients flying regularly enough that quoting every trip becomes tedious. Fractional ownership sits between a card and full ownership, with a defined share, contracted availability, and an exit at the end of the term.
Which of the two makes sense depends entirely on annual hours and route patterns, and for a good number of clients neither does — ad-hoc charter remains the better answer below a certain level of flying. We will say so.
